What is the return policy?

You can ask to return an item within 7 days of delivery if it:

• arrived damaged or broken
• is the wrong item, size or colour
• is not as described, fake, or missing parts

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — see items that can’t be returned.
