How do reward points work?

Every Koovva account collects points automatically.

• Orders: you earn points on everything you buy. They are added when your order is delivered.
• Reviews: review a product you bought and get bonus points.
• Invite friends: share your link from My account → Rewards. When your friend’s first order arrives, you both get points.
• Sign-up bonus: new accounts start with free points.

Levels: the more you shop in 12 months, the higher your level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and the faster you earn.

Spending: at checkout, tick Use my points. Your points balance and history are on your Rewards page. If an order is cancelled, points you spent on it come back.
