How does delivery work?

After you order, each seller confirms your order, packs it and hands it to our delivery partner. Every package moves through these steps:

1. Waiting for seller — the seller has your order.
2. Confirmed — the seller accepted it.
3. Ready for pickup — packed and waiting for the rider.
4. On the way — the rider has it.
5. Delivered.

Sellers must confirm within 24 hours and ship within 2 days.
