5 tips for product photos that sell
Better photos mean more clicks and more sales. You only need a phone and good light.

Shoppers can’t touch your product, so your photos do the selling. You don’t need an expensive camera — just follow these five tips.
1. Use daylight
Shoot near a window during the day. Avoid strong flash, which makes colours look wrong.
2. Keep the background simple
A white wall, a clean table or a plain cloth lets your product stand out.
3. Show every angle
Front, back, side and close-ups of details like stitching, labels or ports. Up to 8 photos per product.
4. Show it in use
A dress on a person, shoes on feet, a bag on a shoulder. It helps buyers imagine owning it.
5. Be honest
Don’t over-edit. When the item looks like the photos, you get good reviews and fewer returns.
