What do I do when I get an order?

1. You get an email and the order appears in Dashboard → Orders.
2. Open it and tap Confirm order within 24 hours.
3. Pack the items securely and tap Packed — ready for pickup.
4. Hand the package to the rider within 2 days of the order.

Late packages lower your seller score.
